VGF / Layout options

Several options were developed and discussed to determine the right size and shape for the extension and interior re-organisation of the flat.
Various ideas had to be evaluated, incorporating pre-planning advice, first structural designs and early cost estimations.

VGF / New commission

We have been appointed to design and develop the re-organisation and extension of a small flat within an existing victorian house in North London.

BAR / Concept design

Within the tight constraints of the project we developed a clean and considerate layout for the small extension and the refurbishment of the house.

BAR / New commission

We have been appointed with the modernisation and extension of a small existing 1950s house in North London. The house is part of a state-of-the-art housing development of its time by famous british post-war architects Powell & Moya. Our design approach will be a careful translation of the functional character of the original design into the 21st century while preserving/enhancing the original identity of the house.
